What is your plant guarantee policy?
Trees and Shrubs that do not survive within one year from date of purchase and Roses that do not survive within three months of purchase will be replaced. This guarantee covers one time replacement only and is valid only if plants have received proper care and maintenance. This guarantee does not cover damage due to acts of nature such as hail, extreme temperatures or animal contact nor does it cover above ground planting. Please retain your original receipt to qualify for the guarantee. There is no guarantee on discounted purchases.
Bowood Farms follows strict guidelines to ensure that all plants are in good condition and are well maintained prior to leaving our premise. Please call us as soon as you experience a problem so that we can help find a solution.
