Take advantage of the summer surplus of tomatoes. Scott and Neal, of Cafe Osage, will show you how to create an easy three course meal featuring tomato salad, gazpacho and tomato sauce. You will make fresh tomato sauce alongside the chefs and enjoy a tasting of the other dishes as they are demonstrated. You will take home your jar of tomato sauce and recipe cards.
